Each product purchased is sold subject to its "Product Description". We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct.
Please note that the colour of our product images may appear differently on a variety of computer screens due to the nature of how they are built.
When you order, we will require your name, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, contact telephone number and your credit / debit card details. (Please note that PO Box numbers, Hotels or Accommodation addresses are not acceptable.) You confirm that the credit / debit card that is being used is yours, and all credit /debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Without the above information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order. We will contact you immediately if there is a problem.
All of our items are delivered within two weeks, but usually soonerthan this. If in the unlikely event any item is discontinued ortemporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we are informedfrom the distributor. We can then discuss with you a full refund or analternative product.
At Loving Fabrics it is our pleasure to provide you with the best customer service. Your satisfaction is a priority for us. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return the fabric for an immediate exchange.
We offer a full money back guarantee for all faulty items. Toqualify you must email us with details of the fault within 7 days ofthe goods arriving and await our reply. We may then ask you to returnyour goods, which must be received by us within 30 days of the originalreceipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging and labelsintact. As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer afull refund. Prior to sending your item back, please email us toexplain the fault and await our reply. We also recommend, for your ownsecurity, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund for any otherreason than the item is faulty or is not as described on our site, inthis case a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made, youmust notify us immediately. If the item has not been despatched, youwill be entitled to a full refund. If the order has been despatchedthen our you will be subject to our returns proceedure (see above).
We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta cards. Payments by Personal Cheque (UK only), Postal Order, Western Union and Bank Transfer are also accepted. Allcredit/debit card details given to this site are secure and areprocessed by PayPal. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit cardstatement as ‘LovingFabrics’.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery. A live currency conversion is available for your information.
Delivery is calculated by the weight of the products you order. Alldeliveries are made through the Royal Mail postal service and willusually take several days from the point you place your order, butplease allow 14 days for all deliveries before contacting us.
Pleasenote that orders paid for by personal cheque will not be despatcheduntil the cheque has cleared in our account so please add a further 7days to your expected delivery date.

The reason that we collect information aboutyou is to process your order and to provide you with the best possibleservice. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given usyour consent, we are replying to your correspondence, or if we need toadvise you about your order.
Under no circumstances do we share your data with any third parties.
If you wish to give someone a gift from our site, but are unsurewhat they would like or what size they are, why not purchase a giftvoucher. These can be purchased in denominations of £5, £10 and £25.Once you have ordered the gift voucher, you have the option of havingit emailed to yourself or a friend (including a message). GiftVouchers can be printed and cut out and used as traditional vouchers ifyou prefer. Each certificate has a unique code, which is entered at thecheckout when purchasing your items.
Where a promotion / corporate discount has been given, you need toenter the code that appears in the advertisement. This code will bevalid for the period of time stated on the advertisement, and will givethe customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
